Nvidia Driver For Hp Pavilion Dv6700
Hey, I have a HP Pavilion dv6000 (dv6700) Laptop, which is a 2Ghz 64bit AMD Processor with 3GB RAM & a video card which I am fairly sure proves to be an NVIDIA GForce 8400 GS, & when I install Debian (or Ubuntu, same problem), a video problem proves prevalent. The video display is repeated three verticle places & not total horizontal. I took a webcam picture of the screen to further elaborate context the video display at plain install, though the board attachment quota has been reached. It's sure that NVIDIA has a driver on its' website, though I hear that the NVIDIA Drivers really are not as good as the Drivers that Debian itself creates for the NVIDIA cards.
